Terms of Use

These terms apply to bestfpltransfers.com ("Best FPL Transfers", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Best FPL Transfers is an independent, fan-made tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or any football club.

"Premier League" and "Fantasy Premier League" are trademarks of The Football Association Premier League Limited. Club and player names are used only to identify them. Game data comes from the publicly available Fantasy Premier League API.

Transfer suggestions, team ratings, price change projections, projected bonus points and everything else on the site are estimates based on public data. They can be wrong, out of date or temporarily unavailable, and FPL can change prices, points and bonus at any time.

Decisions about your team are yours. Nothing on the site is betting, gambling or financial advice.

The site is free for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:

• scrape the site or send automated requests in bulk;
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers;
• copy, resell or republish our ratings or content as your own service.

We may limit or block access where use breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

FPL Team IDs and the teams behind them are public on the official game. When you enter one, we fetch only that public information to produce your results. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We provide the site "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or remove features at any time, for example when FPL changes its rules or data.

The site's design, text, code and ratings belong to us. You're welcome to share screenshots and the share images the site creates for you. FPL data remains the property of its owners.

We link to other websites, such as the official Fantasy Premier League site. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

The site is a free service. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including lost FPL points, rank, prizes or mini-league positions, or for any indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
